We were moved into a roach infested apartment, and didn’t have many options at all. Josh took our call, and despite the fact that he knew it wasn’t going to be financially lucrative for him, he helped us out. Summing this up in as few words as possible, we were wrongfully evicted for simply complaining about the roach problem and gathering others who had the same problem. And there was another attorney in town who got involved on their side and to put it nicely, Josh crushed him. We had evidence to back up what we were saying, and Josh worked in our best interest to get us more than we were even asking for without even making it to court. Anyone who needs an attorney for a situation like this, Josh is 100% your guy.
