Poor service and communication. I have a lack of confidence in this firm's abilities, and I suspect my case is being drawn out so the firm can collect fees. If this is not the case, then frankly the firm is just inept. The attorney does not email back promptly - there have been delays between communication and updates lasting weeks. Weeks to get follow-ups based on phone call conversations, and...

If this is not the case, then frankly the firm is just inept. The attorney does not email back promptly - there have been delays between communication and updates lasting weeks. Weeks to get follow-ups based on phone call conversations, and constant impediments in getting documentation.
