I would not recommend Melissa or D'Ellena Law for a real estate closing. I hired the firm for the purchase of my new construction home, and communication was consistently poor. When I reached out directly to Melissa, I rarely received a response and was left communicating almost entirely with the paralegal team. As closing approached, I repeatedly requested that holdback documentation be prepared because I was concerned the builder would not complete the agreed-upon work before closing. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I was repeatedly told everything would get done. On closing day, I again outlined the outstanding items and requested a holdback, but instead received limited alternatives that did not protect my interests. I also requested copies of all fully executed closing documents and never received a complete set. For one of the biggest financial transactions of my life, I expected better communication, responsiveness, and advocacy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

This seems like transaction 100 At this point with D’Ellena Law. Each time I am blown away.
