If you have the opportunity to go to another attorney, DO IT. Unfortunately, this lawyer lacks empathy and, after you explain your case, she asks what she can do for you, which feels very unhelpful. The consultation is advertised as $200 for 30 minutes, but it didn’t even last 15 minutes, and I was still charged the full $200. It’s very discouraging to pay for help and end up feeling...

Not only was this attorney incompetent, but she also was rude, argumentative and nasty.
She claims she is going to call or reach out to you and never does. Under the circumstances I was in, she was extremely heartless and belittling. As a woman and a fellow Puerto Rican, 1 am disgusted with the treatment I received. I am hurt by the lack of care to my case, and I am disappointed. The reason this practice gets two stars is because of her assistant Andrea, who was the ONLY helpful and responsive person at this practice.
