Dubail Judge

This law firm represents LegalShield. Which I have been a member for 21 years now. I would not recommend this law firm at all. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and there is a high turnover of attorneys. Part of my membership is attorney referrals because they cannot take my type of case. They have referred me to attorneys that don't take my type of case either. It has been simply a waste of my time.. IF YOU'RE A MEMBER OF LEGALSHIELD I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. IT IS WORTHLESS AND WHEN YOU NEED THEIR SERVICES THEY WILL NOT COME THROUGH. IT HAS BEEN A RIP OFF FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS. AND YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICES EXCEPT FOR THIS LAW FIRM. I would not retain this law firm! You have been warned!!

I joined Legal Shield and got directed to this law firm to assist me with my legal situation. I highly advise you to avoid this law firm at all cost. This law firm is a very unprofessional establishment. I’ll use my experience as a reason. I did not have a very good experience with Dubail Judge. For starters I got mislead with legal advice from a specific attorney that works at that law firm Gregory May. I remember trying to contact him for updates regarding my case. There were multiple times, he didn't return my phone calls. When I called the law firm, whoever was working as a receptionist would walk around in circles, make excuses, and not follow through with getting in touch with my attorney. He sent letters to the wrong addresses and continued to make excuses. I also didn't get good legal advice. When I first had a conversation with him he agreed to work on my case. A month later of missed calls, delays on updates, and not providing me feedback in an urgent timely matter. He finally gets in contact with me and tells me he wasn't my lawyer, and claims that he was only a referral. He lied and misled his title, and being a representative of me. He didn't offer good advice, and failed to help with my case. (I’m studying law classes in school). I could tell he was full of it and he probably didn't think I knew my stuff. But I did and I knew he was telling me false information. Wasted my time, and when you ask the receptionist questions you would get a bunch of IDK answers. I never got references for other attorneys, he didn't seem to care, and they didn't seem to care. It was clear he didn't care because the last time I talked to him he was busy playing pool at work. I'm like well he’s surely hard at work. Overall, it was very unprofessional, disorganized, and unstable place of business. Wasted good value time for an URGENT matter, lack of follow-through, and poor communication. My recommendation is to not utilize Legal Shield and avoid this law firm at ALL cost.
