Few months ago I had a rather complicated issue with my real estate partnership and Mr. Dubyak was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fast about all the situation and options I had. I retained Robert Dubyak in May 2014. My husband had suffered a stroke the year before and could no longer work or speak for himself, and I was carrying his fight over his family's business while caring for him at home.
The business had been in the family since 1968. I repeatedly URGED Mr. Dubyak to appoint a neutral party to protect the assets of the business (i.e. receiver) because my research had proven the accounts were being drained. Mr. Dubyak failed to file a motion for a receiver. The business closed in 2016 after 48 years in business. After a long and expensive legal case, I obtained a $500,000 consent judgment however it was already established that a judgement would have been uncollectable because the business was gone. I have never collected a dollar of it.
