Just spoke with a woman on the phone who came off a bit rushed and aggressive. Was looking for an 'As Is' Residential contract price but was given a 350$ consult fee followed by an open ended 'the attorney will charge what they want'. Personally, for a contract service (not ADVICE), I'd prefer to go with another local attorney who sets prices with parameters for revisions or outside norm circumstances...

I did find a local attorney with clear,upfront pricing and packages, so I will go with them.
While this structure is not for me, the review of 3 stars is more for the overall call I had with the first individual.
