Highly recommend this firm, just earlier today my mother finally recovered possession of our rental premises after a difficult and stressful holdover proceeding. Mr. Rogers is knowledgeable, experienced and will give you realistic advice and counsel regarding what to expect based on his years of practice. He will represent you in court to the utmost and thanks to his efforts we were able to defeat the tenants second OSC and now as of today we have our home back. It was a long process because the Court and Warrant Department do not make it easy to evict quickly. We couldn’t have done this without him as the system today is completely stacked against landlords and Mr. Rogers helped us navigate the legal minefield and ensure that everything was done procedurally.
