He listened, asked the right questions, and explained things in a clear way without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Workers’ comp issues can get confusing very fast, but Alex helped me understand what matters, what to watch for, and what options may be available. He also seemed very familiar with how occupational medicine issues fit into workers’ comp cases, which was helpful.
What I appreciated most was that he seemed genuinely interested in helping and took my situation seriously. I left the consultation feeling much more informed and much less lost in the process.
