I am part of the Bard IVC Filter Settlement Case and have signed my documents. I signed my documents on June 2024 and have not received anything. Is this fraud?

I am part of the Bard IVC fliter case. Settlement agreement has been signed and never heard them again. Make me wonder if they keep the settlements. Don't know if the case is still live. Hard to get answers from them.
