I was told by paypal they closed my account due to a court order? Im a 60+ yo housewife. I dont fit the profile for any high crimes?! No help from anyone, no reply for my requested back up info. very crazy making!!

A fake paypal account and credit card was opened in my name and I ended up with a collections notice. A fake paypal account and credit card was opened in my name and I ended up with a collections notice. After dealing with Paypal for hours they gave me a ticket number and referred me to this legal agency. I thought I would be receiving help but after 8 email interactions with this agency they told me they won a lawsuit against me and I owed them money. They never once actually read my emails where I say I was a victim of identity theft or attempted to help me. Stay away.
I called Paypal again and they have begun an investigation.
