My father hired Petter Grosskopf for his estate planning, trusting him to set up a Wispact Trust that was explicitly supposed to protect me after my father’s passing. Petter completely oversold the benefits of this trust, charging a premium for what turned out to be a completely useless instrument that did not provide the security he promised. Terrible experience—overpromised, underdelivered, and tore my family apart.
My father hired Petter Grosskopf for his estate planning, trusting him to set up a Wispact Trust that was explicitly supposed to protect me after my father’s passing. Petter completely oversold the benefits of this trust, charging a premium for what turned out to be a completely useless instrument that did not provide the security he promised.
Worse than the financial loss and the failed legal protections was the devastating personal fallout. Petter’s handling of the estate planning and his communication directly turned my family against me. His actions and advice completely ruined my relationships with my relatives, leaving my family fractured during an already painful time.
I deeply regret my father ever working with Petter Grosskopf at Grosskopf & Burch Law Firm. If you are looking for an attorney or law firm who protects your interests and preserves family unity, look elsewhere.

He listened carefully to my questions and spent as much time as I needed with me and my adult children explaining how the Trust would work. My parents’ Trust was also modified with the firm and he helped me with what I needed to do as Trustee when it was due to be dispersed. The entire staff was very professional and helpful whenever I needed something. Five stars!!
