Not only a bad lawyer, but a completely unprofessional person. He will REFUSE to communicate; email or text. He will not tell you about your court dates and lie to the judge about it. Not sure if he is in cahoots with some of the other probate lawyers in the area to purposefully mess cases up or of he is just wholly incompetent. Mr. Hicks inability to communicate caused me...
Not only a bad lawyer, but a completely unprofessional person. He will REFUSE to communicate; email or text. He will not tell you about your court dates and lie to the judge about it. Not sure if he is in cahoots with some of the other probate lawyers in the area to purposefully mess cases up or of he is just wholly incompetent.
Mr. Hicks inability to communicate caused me to get subpoenaed and cost me thousands of dollars. Do not use him. He will take your money and do nothing.

I went with a bigger law firm to file bankrutcy after 2 months nothing was done. Other than being lied too. . I called Bryan within 2 days, I met with Bryan and had the information I needed to kept my car from being repo. He continues to do his best for me. Keeps me updated every step of the way. Mr. Hicks, however, has not forgotten this. He represented my mom and step-dad and was the model of what professional responsibility and ethics should be. This is how attorneys should be.
