I was referred to Joshua Rosenstein. The front desk transferred me to his paralegal, Jacquline. She asked me if I was calling on behalf of the HOA. When I explained to her that I was calling for myself and I was referred to her law firm and her tone changed. Then she explained that they don't represent individual condominium owner because they represent HOAs. She offered to listen to my situation so she knows who to refer me to.
Mid-way to explaining my situation, she interrupts me and reiterates that Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller does not represent homeowners. I asked her, what was it about my situation that she had to interrupt me to let me know again that they don't represent homeowners. I asked her to provide her perspective so I know how to better explain my situation to the next law firm.

My experience with Jacquiline has convinced me to never do business with Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller. There are more law firms than Starbucks in every corner.
