I’m absolutely heartbroken by the way my case was handled. My ex-husband owed 50,000 in back child support and is friends with family members of my ex-husband and convinced me to settle for 10,000 because he told me that my ex would be incarcerated again! The hell I have been through losing my oldest son 3 years ago and having a difficult time paying for my kids braces and schooling has been so incredibly difficult! I contacted Richard to reopen the case and he told me that since I moved my kids without informing my ex-husband whom at the time was homeless and I had no contact information on him, he had just lost 1 of his other 2 children for being homeless and on meth. He’s now working back at Nate’s Concrete making a good living and had been when he took me to court when I asked him to help me with getting braces to what’s the child support because it was owed he didn’t want to help! He spent 11 years on drugs and incarcerated and expected the boys to want him in his life! They tried, we tried! I would not recommend at all! I’m telling you dirty deeds are done dirt cheep! Richard had even sent him to prison once and knew everything! I’m absolutely astonished! It’s heartbreaking to do to a mother who just lost a child and needs the support to give her kids a better life
