As a buyer, I chose this office due to close proximity and what a huge mistake that was. My loan officer and processor did nothing but complain about the lack of communication with this office. They even emailed the loan officer asking for money for something that didn’t even pertain to our file. Complete and total unorganized mess of an office. As a buyer, I chose this office due to close proximity and what a huge mistake that was. My loan officer and processor did nothing but complain about the lack of communication with this office. They even emailed the loan officer asking for money for something that didn’t even pertain to our file. Complete and total unorganized mess of an office. There were several examples where communication was a total failure on their part. At closing I was combined with the seller. We waited over 30 minutes. The attorney didn’t even ask who I was and assumed I (the buyer) was the sellers agent! After closing, the seller was then asked for more money because the attorney had the wrong payoff amount. I can not warn others enough to stay away from this firm.
