If you use these guys,make sure you have them get clear to close from lenders a few days before closing. They didn't for me,cancelled closing minutes before it was scheduled with no immediate reason. Closing was postponed a week and ended up costing me over $2000 extra for various fees and costs as I was moving out of state.
