I can’t speak highly enough of my recent experience working with Jan on a combined business and real estate acquisition. Jan was efficient, thorough, and caring. I can’t speak highly enough of my recent experience working with Jan on a combined business and real estate acquisition. Jan was efficient, thorough, and caring. He engaged with other stakeholders on my behalf when tensions got high and he made sure to keep the process moving forward. His rates were reasonable and I appreciated that he took the time to build a personal rapport with me with without charging for the minutes like other attorneys are known to do. I highly recommend Jan for any business or real estate transactions!

When I originally hired Jan Pierce it was for what I thought would be a simple commercial real estate transaction. The complexities that ensued were well beyond my wildest imagination. Issues came up with consultants, an architect, city officials, the bank, you name it. Jan helped me through every obstacle. It took 6 months to close. He was instrumental all the way through closing. I was lucky to have such a well-respected attorney on my side. Nearly every person I came across knew of him and had nothing but positive things to say about him. I seriously would not have been able to navigate this process without him.
I highly recommend him to any business, large or small.
