I would not recommend contacting Jeanne Ann Pennebaker if you are looking for a bankruptcy consultation. I have been trying to schedule a consultation with her for weeks with very little communication. She sent me a worksheet to complete, which I promptly filled out and returned by email along with my personal information. I would not recommend contacting Jeanne Ann Pennebaker if you are looking for a bankruptcy consultation. I have been trying to schedule a consultation with her for weeks with very little communication.
She sent me a worksheet to complete, which I promptly filled out and returned by email along with my personal information. She attempted to call me one Saturday over a holiday weekend and left a voicemail. I called her back immediately and explained that I was available if she wanted to call me back. Unfortunately, I never heard from her again.
She has not responded to my emails, followed up about the worksheet, or acknowledged the information I provided. I understand that attorneys can be busy, but weeks of trying to get a response, especially after providing sensitive personal information, is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I am very unhappy with the level of communication and service I experienced and ultimately had to look elsewhere for help.
