I wish I could give more the 5 stars. JLC Legacy Law was so helpful during this hard time. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. I live out of state and they were wonderful about keeping us informed every step of the way. If you are looking for a probate lawyer I highly recommend JLC LEGACY LAW.

I highly recommend Jordan Lane Ceausu. My sister-in-law recently passed away and I am the Trustee for her Trust. We sold her house and we were in Escrow when the Title company discovered that she had not transferred the Deed on the house back to the Trust after refinancing the property. We were in a 15 day escrow with only a week remaining . I contacted Jordan to see if...
I highly recommend Jordan Lane Ceausu. My sister-in-law recently passed away and I am the Trustee for her Trust. We sold her house and we were in Escrow when the Title company discovered that she had not transferred the Deed on the house back to the Trust after refinancing the property. We were in a 15 day escrow with only a week remaining . I contacted Jordan to see if she could file a Heggstad Petition. She was concerned about the time restraints and the backlog in the courts in our area so she referred me to another attorney in another jurisdiction to see if he could get an expedited ex parte order. Jordan was available for all of my questions during this process and stayed in communication with me and the other attorney to be sure the situation got resolved. We were able to get the Petition filed and an Order within a week’s time. If it hadn’t been for Jordan, we would have lost the sale. She is my definite go to person for any Estate or Probate matter.
