This is our second time coming to her place of business to pay a judgement...it is 1:49 pm on a Wednesday, which according to the hours listed on the door they should be here...door is locked and no one is answering their phone...I was curious about some of the decisions she made during the litigation we had with her, after this experience those questions have been answered

Went to make a judgment payment and the hours listed on the door are completely different from the hours listed on google. Wasted 30 minutes because this law office is only open 3 days a week. I guess that's one way to keep your revenue higher than your operating costs.

Terrible experience. I second another review. “Excessive fees even when trying to settle a debt.” Shameful.

Difficult to work with and excessive charges even when trying to settle debt.

Helpful and professional. Mrs. Grassmeyer is quick to respond to calls and emails which I appreciate. Mrs Grassmeyer's staff was equally efficient in addressing any questions or concerns i may of had for her. Had no issues with this business or its staff, all interactions were pleasant.
