I had a very pleasant initial phone conversation with him , during which he promised to review my documents within a few days. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. Despite multiple follow-up calls and text messages, he did not respond or provide any updates. After reading other reviews, it seems this lack of follow-through may be a recurring issue.

He never answer the calls neither the emails we have to go twice to his office to get an update about the case, and he never start the case both time that we went, he just make excuses even whe he already took your money

Was recommended by a few people so hired without out meeting. Had concern in beginning as it was hard to reach anyone at office but figured and told he was just a busy man. Was recommended by a few people so hired without out meeting. Had concern in beginning as it was hard to reach anyone at office but figured and told he was just a busy man. Once hired I was not able to reach or be get in contact again. No returned emails nor did he correct the errors in the service in which I told him was incorrect information. Unfortunelty he has never followed up and therefore just took our funds. Very bad practice and I am mot sure he is even operating a business. Calls never answered phone often states the customer you are calling is not in service , does not return emails, text or calls, noticed he emails from a few different emails. Something isn’t right with this practice. Thankfully tenant didn’t pay him directly I can’t imagine I’d ever see the funds.

When you call the office i will get 1 response out of 15-20 calls per week. Finally I am at the ending of my case and now it is the hardest its ever been to get guidance on what needs to be done to finish my eviction. I filed In march and it’s October next week and we’re still not done!!!!!He never responds emails either. very sad because if the staff was better coordinated maybe I had nicer things to say.
