Never answers phone or returns left messages relating in missed court classes and/or bench warrants getting filed because of negligence on her part. Worst possible attorney and worst experience I've ever experienced period.

I was referred to Rachel's from another attorney in Sturgis and Rachel said she wouldn't help me with my probate issue, even though she hadn't talked to me! The website specifically states they are probate attorneys!
