Katz Durell started off fine with the real estate transaction but ended horribly. The commission check wasn't wired per usual... it was mailed. Who does that without asking the preferred method of payment???

Katz Durell has been an amazing partner for our company. We have bought hundreds of homes through them and they have an exceptional team. Josh, Matt, Dawn, Tamara, and Martinique have always served us so well. Very reasonable pricing and even better service!
