I had same issue in legal papers with incorrect spelling - he helped me counselling this and told it's a non-issue, provided me with guidance with no charge !

I was originally referred to Kyle Smith by another lawyer. He was responsive, efficient, and hard worker. He never ignored our emails and always answered our questions. He was very professional and made sure we were satisfied at the end.

Not sure about how he practices law but he certainly does NOT follow the laws of the road. Completely cut me off as he swooped in from a right turn lane only in a residential area, honked the horn as he aggressively moved ahead of me, not exactly smart driving around advertising as a lawyer and had a sticker on the rear of his vehicle saying he has twin baby's...

Very poor attitude on the road thats for sure.
