I found Kitchel Injury Law to be respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, my circumstances turned out to be under the radar, and the company flatly denied any responsibility for my fall so my only recourse was to accept their gesture of a gift certificate as compensation for the accident. Ms. Kitchel explained it all to me simply and with empathy and I know she did her job....

I appreciate the time she gave me and felt satisfied with her work, even though it was a disappointing conclusion.
