had a simple traffic violation that I didn’t even receive in the mail yet and I had received a letter from his firm in the mail saying that “court records indicate that you may be facing criminal charges.” I was confused and appalled and immediately called their office where I spoke to the rude secretary where she just said to me, “the company just send them out you’re not facing criminal charges, just throw it out.” I am appalled at how disrespectful she was to the fact of how terrible the writing was on the letter. Safe to say, I would tell anyone that is seeking actual defense, to stay away from this firm at all costs.

They sent me a personalized letter stating "court records indicate that I may be facing criminal charges". I am not. I called the office and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about initially, she then said these letters were sent out from a company that has taken over the practice. This is a horrible way to attempt to get business.

Lack of preparation, did not even know the number I had texted from week before. Did not put any effort toward speaking with DA or officers. Allowed preliminary to be waived when I was not okay with. Assured me things would be handled then couple days before next hearing said his staff sent an email asking for more money which he did nothing to begin with! I can show proof...
