Very unimpressed with the treatment I receieved. I sent very confidential information to the firm via email after a telephone conversation stating I could submit the details of my issue for review that way. After 2-3 days of not receiving a confirmation email, I called the office to follow up. First I was informed immediately that the computer was not functioning well. I called again after 30-45 minutes of no response. I was told that my email had ended up in their spam folder and that they were going to have to mark the date of receipt as the day it was discovered in that folder, in a rather abrupt and disrespectful tone from whoever answered the phone. I shared concerns that this was shocking behavior towards a person, especially as my information contained highly confidential and personal matter. Within 5 minutes of that conversation, I received an email denying my request for legal representation from the firm, without a reason for that denial. I am never one to leave a negative review on anyone's business, but this was a very strange and unexpected experience.
