Veterans be aware. I wish I could put a minus 5 star. I hired this company to help with my claims in 2021. The attorney lacked communication. Did not follow up on emails and or phone calls. I ended up hiring another organization who helped me and was amazing. I did what I was supposed to do and informed VA that the Larbi law firm lacked communication and no longer represented me. Larbi law firm returned my files the following year. Now that I received a favorable rating VA paid her. I tried numerous times to contact Ms. Larbi as in the past no response no communication. She keeps getting compensated for work that another organization did. And I am stock having to pay the organization. I have requested to resolve this with Ms. Larbi and as you can imagine still no response. The person who referred me has had the same issue with her service. Although, some people may have been successful I was not with her. It is unfair that veterans are been treated this way. Please be aware that if you hire her as an attorney and choose to go with someone else because you are not satisfied do due diligence and triple check that VA removes her from your file because she will take the attorney fees and not be considerate that she has not worked on your case in over 4 years and you still have to pay the organization who actually assisted you in getting a favorable claim. Please be aware and do your homework.
