I went through the reviews and the response the firm gives. Their response is a cut and paste telling the world how professional and good they are. They are not. They are slower than a snail and they are ill-mannered. Their work is unprofessional and flawed, as if it was made in a hurry with no editing at all and low quality.They are very unprofessional and their tone of voice...
I went through the reviews and the response the firm gives. Their response is a cut and paste telling the world how professional and good they are. They are not. They are slower than a snail and they are ill-mannered. Their work is unprofessional and flawed, as if it was made in a hurry with no editing at all and low quality.They are very unprofessional and their tone of voice is condescendent and loud, shutting up a defendant even in front of a judge. I have to deal with them again in a few months and am not looking forward to it. They are after making money with no effort at all!!!!! Lazy, slow, incompetent if you want my opinion in the matter.

This law firm has the worst lawyers in the city, in my opinion. They are rude and have no respect for people. Their work has mistakes and their invoices are for amounts that are excessive and in my opinion unethical. This law firm has the worst lawyers in the city, in my opinion. They are rude and have no respect for people. Their work has mistakes and their invoices are for amounts that are excessive and in my opinion unethical. The lawyers I dealt with are by no means amenable , have no intention to listen to a defendant and will yell at the people. Won't let a defendant talk his peace in front of a judge and shut the person up, raising the voice and making everybody uncomfortable. They act as if they own the courtroom and try to take advantage of people who go to court with no legal representation. I do not trust this firm, I recommend you do not hire them and that you fire them if you are working with them. If I could, I would give them negative start ranking.

I live in Neheamiah 4 managed by Highrise Property Management, represented by Lasser Law Group and I’ve been very disappointed with how recent decisions have been handled. The company announced the removal of all unit awnings and assigned fees to individual owners without any prior vote or input from residents. No community meeting was held, and owners were not given an opportunity to voice concerns before charges were added to...
I live in Neheamiah 4 managed by Highrise Property Management, represented by Lasser Law Group and I’ve been very disappointed with how recent decisions have been handled. The company announced the removal of all unit awnings and assigned fees to individual owners without any prior vote or input from residents. No community meeting was held, and owners were not given an opportunity to voice concerns before charges were added to our units.
This project also affects the exterior appearance of the building and our limited common elements, yet communication has been minimal and feels very one-sided. Many of us were surprised to learn we would be charged for removals we never requested.
I hope the company improves transparency, follows proper procedures with resident involvement, and communicates major decisions more clearly in the future.
