DO NOT USE THIS USELESS LAWYER! We paid him a lot of money to do a trust for my mom. She passed away a few months ago and we found out the NONE of the assets named in the trust were actually transferred to the trust. Her house and all her bank accounts were never protected by the trust and we now have to go to court. He has not...
DO NOT USE THIS USELESS LAWYER! We paid him a lot of money to do a trust for my mom. She passed away a few months ago and we found out the NONE of the assets named in the trust were actually transferred to the trust. Her house and all her bank accounts were never protected by the trust and we now have to go to court. He has not answered any of our questions and doesn't even have the decency to respond. He is a disgrace. Don't let this happen to you or anyone you love. He is worthless thief.

Andrew assisted with settling an estate that was part of a very long and stressful process. DO NOT USE HIM FOR ELDER TRUST! I have no idea who's leaving positive reviews on him but this guy scammed my wife's family. He was paid in full to file a trust with all assets in their aunts name, he gave them paperwork that everything was completed, and 3 years later they found out that their aunts house was never included in the trust. He ignored all follow up...

This law office is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Lamkin completely ripped us off and took money from my senior aunt to protect her assets after she passed away. Unfortunately after she passed, we found that he did everything incorrectly and we still had to go through and pay for probate which she explicitly paid to avoid. My family hired this lawyer for our 92 year old aunt to avoid probate when she passed and to update our power of attorney. He sent us 40 pages of legal documentation and charged us over $5,000... My family hired this lawyer for our 92 year old aunt to avoid probate when she passed and to update our power of attorney. He sent us 40 pages of legal documentation and charged us over $5,000... After our aunt passed years later, we went to sell the house and discovered that Lamkin did not do what needed to be done to avoid probate at all. Despite all the documentation we still had to spend $3,000 to go through probate and he also never updated the power of attorney. Do NOT use Lamkin for your elder law needs, he did not care at all that his documentation didn't help us at all and basically told us "too bad" and avoided our calls.
