am sharing this review based only on my personal experience with Attorney David Wale. This was the first time in my life that I had ever been involved in a case, so I was very nervous and trusted the advice I received. I found Mr. David Wallin online, read the reviews, and went to his office. I was told that my case was minor, that he would handle it, and that we would likely settle it without the situation becoming more complicated. I paid a substantial amount for his services based on what I was told. Unfortunately, the experience that followed was very frustrating. For approximately three months, I struggled to get clear updates about my case. My calls were often not answered, and when I went to the office to ask about my case, I was repeatedly told that someone would call me, but I often did not receive a call back. I was also asked to obtain character letters from people who knew me. I went out of my way to get those letters and sent them to the office, believing they would be useful for my case. Then, just one day before I was supposed to appear in court, I was told that they would meet me there. I was shocked and extremely worried because I had believed the case would be handled differently. I felt that I had not received enough information about what was happening with my case. Because my court date was the next day, I urgently decided to look for another attorney. Thankfully, I found someone who was able to help me. I am grateful that I trusted my instincts and sought another lawyer when I did. I know other clients may have had different experiences, and I can only speak for myself. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience because I needed better communication, follow-up, and a clearer understanding of what was happening with my case. My advice to anyone hiring an attorney is to ask questions, stay informed, and make sure you are comfortable with the communication and representation you are receiving. This is simply my honest account of my experience.

This man is a TERRIBLE attorney. I paid him lots of money for him to do next to nothing. If I didn’t fire him, I would’ve ended up doing jail time for a simple self defense case. Thankfully I did fire him and retained a new lawyer that actually cared. I had to wait some time to post this so he couldn’t affect my case negatively because of this review. Now that a real lawyer got the case completely dismissed and I am free I sharing this review in hope it helps someone reading it. You have plenty of choices and I promise you this is not a good one. HONEST lawyer he is not after a payday. I walked into his office gave him a brief overview of what was going on with my daughter.
