During the process of the legal services I needed:
1. I was kept up to date throughout the proceedings
2. Had access to a MyCase portal where all documents and communications were accessible and well organized
3. Quick responses to my emails, phone calls and texts, day or night
4. Most importantly, at least for me, was how caring they were with my mom and myself

I needed to hire a lawyer and could not have made a better choice than Mark James. He has been such a huge help with everything .I never felt like I was alone ,he was on top of the entire process. We had numerous phone calls and I never felt that he didn't have time for me .He answered email questions the same day usually or the very next day .In addition to Mark ,his very capable assistant, Ms Johnatha Jones ,was a huge help in all of this . Mark's fee was reasonable. Considering all the time and attention Mark provided to me, I think he was worth even more. .If you need a good probate attorney in Florida hire this man ,you will not be disappointed

I recently had to file chapter 7. I hired Mr. James after talking to him for almost an hour on the phone. He was so nice and understanding, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was always available if I had any questions, and he guided me through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to file bankruptcy.
