Recently, I found myself in need of legal advice so I hired Richard Mercure. He fought my case tooth and nail even though it was in Hillsborough County. On the day of trial, it was clear that Rick was well-prepared. He had all his exhibits in order, with copies for everybody involved. The Officer tried his hardest to skate around the truth but in the end, Rick’s cross-examination was PERFECTION....

The Judge acquitted me of all charges (and I didn’t even have to testify). Rick is a true trial lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a defense lawyer. He saved me countless amounts of time, money, and aggravation through out the entire process, making it painless for me. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Rick!
