Ryan has been our property tax attorney since 2018. We just paid our second 2024 installment. Our annual tax payment has been essentially the same since switching to Ryan's office. Our 2024 total tax is a little lower than 2018's, and barely higher than 2023's. In the 6 years we lived in our house before switching, our annual tax bill went up 26%.
There isn't anything we've done to our property from 2011 until now, and our house rode the market ups and downs like everyone else's in our neighborhood. I really believe the reason for our property taxes staying flat since 2018 is Ryan's office. Thanks to Ryan and your team!
