A few years ago I hired this practice (Michael O’Sullivan) to help me when this tow truck company towed my vehicle illegally and I tripped and fell on an elevated flooring. The ambulance came and they told me my blood pressure was high etc., and a back injury along with knee pain. Had I had my day in court I would have won my case. However, he chose to take the opinion of a white woman with no clinical backings and to make matter worse she was the one the caused the incident I. The first place. Here we are again 2026 with a work place injury where I sustained a stress fracture on my right foot and they are now denying me medical care. And they are refusing to process my claim correctly for time missed from work as a result to this injury. It’s makes me wonder if he is doing this to gain an under the table profit for his company or is this due to the color of my skin. Either way this practice has ruined my life. I did say excellent shift in management team :-( All the negative reviews are all correct. My case (2019) is still in limbo even after the deposition. What bothers me the most is they really don’t care about there clients. I was told the deposition started at 10am and I didn’t have to call until 10:30 if I’d listened to the attorney I would have missed my deposition. And what hurts the most, when I told them that the guy at Ideal Therapy rubbed up against me and smacked me on the butt they treated me like I was the problem. If I would have stayed at that chiropractor, he would have taken advantage of me for sure. I wonder If I was a celebrity would my case or situation be handled differently. I also wonder if this is the reason for the delay in my case. To put the icing on the cake when I sent them an email canceling service they ended the relationship claiming I was difficult. So sad 😭
