I called James about a year ago for help with a personal injury case. He told me that he mainly handles business litigation, but he was still willing to hear me out and help me.
I had already talked to a few other attorneys and shopped around before choosing James. In the end, he was able to get me way more than what the others said I could expect. I just received my settlement, and honestly, it’s the biggest check I’ve ever received.
James and his entire team were also incredibly nice, friendly, and compassionate. They really listened and showed genuine empathy for what I was going through. I never felt like I was just another case.
I’m so grateful they were willing to help me and fight for me. I definitely recommend James and his team.

It was a contract that was agreed to verbally and in writing but then cancelled at the last second and signed, which is legally binding in California - but this organization was refusing to pay me. James was able to recover the majority of what the contract was for. He guided me through the process and I would highly recommend him.
