Jennifer Lohnes was recommended to me by a veteran who was denied disability benefits with the VA. With her assistance he was able to receive VA disability rating. She listened to me and asked all the right questions. She was with me every step of the way and walked me through the process. I honestly believe that without her assistance I would still be fighting with the VA. Her response times to my calls or emails was withing hours. She would also respond on weekends.
