"The attorney treated us well, provided the necessary paperwork, and we paid $90 for the credit report. Even though she seemed very stressed at first. However, the first impression of the office was HORRIBLE. The receptionist was highly unprofessional and completely ignored us when we walked in because he was on the phone. Additionally, we requested service in Spanish, but they do not have bilingual staff; the attorney only spoke...

Additionally, we requested service in Spanish, but they do not have bilingual staff; the attorney only spoke 'a little bit' of Spanish. For serious legal matters, clear communication and better customer service from the front desk are essential."

I worked with Mrs. Clark. She was a little terse but overall okay. Mr. Maida talked with me once before deciding to file and he was there at the discharge (I don’t know the technical name). He walked me out and made me feel okay. Mrs. Clark is nice - professional.
