I am extremely pleased with how Mr. Nichnowitz handled my case. I am extremely pleased with how Mr. Nichnowitz handled my case. As someone dealing with my first-ever ticket carrying points, I was understandably nervous and had plenty of questions about how to approach this whole ordeal.
