Paralegal did not know the areas of practice on their website.
I called in and was told that firm does not take cases in professional malpractice or litigation even though it is stated under their website with a variety of fields.
Paralegal was nice enough and stated she would ask when the attorney was back in office but moving forward, your accuracy on subject matter counts for clients.
