Nabhan Law

Having to deal with probate twice in my life, I consider myself an expert. Haroun Rashid Nabhan was hired by my sister, to help with her administering our father's estate. Mr Nabhan shows zero sense of urgency when it comes to your case. The man has extended and continued court cases for over 6 months, because he's not ready ,doesn't have the information, can't continue forward. We are over 3 years of our probate case, 3 years. Mr Haroun Rashid Nabhan does not work well with other lawyers, does not do follow-up after submitting paperwork, he literally waited for a signature from another lawyer for over 60 days, just sat on his hands and waited, never reached out on why this other lawyer wouldn't sign, just continue to extend and extend and extend. The man never knew where anything was half the time, I was yelling about my father's Firearms he had no idea where they were at for 6 months. He WILL blatenly lie to you. You can see where he says one thing, and does another witht he photos added. After waiting 60 days for a signature, i challenged him about it, and he says.... i cant make another lawyer sign paperwork. that was his answer. terrible attitude. When you hire a probate lawyer you've expect them to do at least an average job and try to help your family through the trials and tribulations of losing somebody and trying not to lose all your money to the state of California through lawyer fees and Court cost. This man takes a lackadaisical attitude towards your family, and I certainly would not recommend him in regards to any court case ever. I filed a grievance against the State Bar of California, and after thorough review they literally said nothing he did Rose to the level of actionable law but you got yourself a crappy lawyer. The paperwork literally said you can't get in trouble for being a crappy lawyer.... as long as you don't break the law...
