He did call back and left a message when I missed his call "I have no idea who you are, but you keep calling me.." Long story short- I did call him again and he was completely and utterly rude! Also; stated he doesn't do landlord/tenant issues. If he can't be polite to someone looking to pay him, I'd hate to see how he treats clients after they pay him!!
