Not a great experience working with this firm. I had to hire them for a quick matter due to a conflict of interest with my usual attorney. The contract they created was not thorough, had errors and typos, and didn't even end up being used because it didn't meet the needs of the matter. Not a great experience working with this firm. I had to hire them for a quick matter due to a conflict of interest with my usual attorney. The contract they created was not thorough, had errors and typos, and didn't even end up being used because it didn't meet the needs of the matter. There was no follow-up to tie up the matter, we had to chase the attorney for an answer. For the rates charged ( mind you, the attorney was responding to several emails where I'm pointing out their mistakes should perhaps be taken into account when billing comes around) , it was bad service and after working with other firms just felt very unsatisfactory.

I recently came in to inquire about the firms’ services. The receptionist was very rude and had a snarky attitude. It made me not want to proceed dealing with the company as a receptionist is the first point of contact and reflection of a business.
