My name was listed in a lawsuit against counterfeit textbook distributors importing massive amounts of copyright infringing books from India. I am not one of those distributors. The company hasn’t done its due diligence in identifying Doe Defendants, which is literally their job to do. If they had at all made an effort instead of this very obvious money grab, they would have quickly cleared my name from the list...
