Yes. Each attorney of the firm sets the initial retainer sum after carefully evaluating your case. We do not commence any work until the initial retainer is paid.

It is our policy to provide all clients with regular updates regarding their case. Updates may be in person or via email or snail mail. All attorneys of the firm are committed to returning any phone call or email from a client as soon as possible.
