Definitely one of the most difficult times in my life, but thank GOD for Mr. Owings and his team for guiding me, and reassuring me during this difficult process. The patience, and nonjudgmental attitude was beyond comforting to me. I’m so grateful that it is over, and I’m appreciative for them checking in with me after the fact. I was looking forward to this appointment and rearranged my schedule to make sure I was available. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a significant miscommunication between the email correspondence and the initial phone call. I completed the intake forms and scheduled the appointment by phone, which led me to believe everything was finalized and that I would receive a call at the scheduled time. When the appointment day arrived, I never received a call. While I was on the phone attempting to get connected, I discovered that the appointment had been canceled. A younger staff member abruptly transferred me to voicemail without explanation. When I called back, the call was disconnected. On my third attempt, an older staff member answered and was dismissive and rude, showing little concern for the information I had previously been given. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed with services. Customer service plays a major role in a client's experience, and unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect professionalism or respect for my time. It is very disheartening when I read the reviews originally and received the opposite.
