I had a very difficult situation to deal with. My only child, my daughter died without a will, leaving two children and a second husband who was not the children's father. This "surviving spouse" was very uncooperative and tried to deny my grandchildren any of their mother's property. Peter Hall guided us through the Declaration of Heirship proceeding. Then we had a year of battling with the "surviving spouse." Peter's steady hand and cool head kept us on track, and in the end we had a fair settlement without going to court. A less scrupulous attorney could have charged us an arm and a leg, but he was extremely fair and downright kind to us. He is very knowledgable and worked with the opposing attorney to get us to the outcome we wanted. I was so pleased with the outcome, I had him help me with my will!

Fantastic experience. Straight forward, honest and easy to communicate. Get things done on time and for very reasonable price. We tried to work on our Trust and Deed with 3 different lawyers. Their price was way to high as they tried to charge us for extra services we did not need yet failed to communicate potential issues that could come up with our current situation. We highly recommend Peter.
