It took a few months for me to write this review because I wanted to take my time and give PNP Law the thoughtful and thorough review they deserve. My experience with this firm meant a lot to me, and I didn't want to simply leave a few sentences saying they were “great.” I wanted to really explain why I am so grateful for the work they did for me. I was involved in a car accident where I was driving and a box truck drove directly into me. This was my first time experiencing anything like this, so I honestly had no idea what to expect or what the process was supposed to look like. When I spoke with Wesley and explained what happened, he told me that he could help. From that initial conversation through the resolution of my case, I felt like I was in good hands. Wesley was my attorney, and Amanda was the paralegal who worked closely with me throughout the process. They were both incredible. One of the things I appreciated most was how communicative they were. At every step of the process, either Wesley or Amanda was reaching out to me with an update. I never felt like I had to wonder what was happening with my case or chase them down for information. There were times when the insurance company was not nearly as communicative. I experienced situations where my calls were being dodged or I wasn't getting the responses I needed. Whenever that happened, Amanda stayed on top of it. She followed up, kept things moving, and made sure I wasn't left sitting there wondering what was going on. That meant a lot to me because dealing with an accident is stressful enough without having to constantly worry about whether someone is advocating for you. PNP Law also helped connect me with the treatment I needed for the pain I was experiencing after the accident. They made sure I had access to the appropriate care and that I was being taken care of throughout the process. I never felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. What really stood out to me, though, was how hard they fought for me. I went into this process honestly not expecting to get much. This was my first experience with something like this, and I didn't have high expectations for what the outcome would be. Wesley listened to all of my concerns, answered my questions, and advocated for me. He did not simply accept what was offered. He pushed back when necessary and did not back down. And Amanda was right there making sure everything stayed on track. The entire process moved much faster than I expected, and my case settled very quickly. When everything was finalized, I was genuinely surprised by the result. I did not expect to receive as much as I ultimately did, and I know that was because Wesley and the PNP Law team were willing to fight for me and make sure my case was handled properly. I am especially grateful because, as someone who had never gone through this before, I had a lot of uncertainty. Wesley and Amanda made an unfamiliar and stressful experience feel much more manageable. They were responsive, professional, compassionate, and persistent. Most importantly, they made me feel like they actually cared about my case and my experience. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to Wesley and Amanda. They were on top of everything from beginning to end, kept me informed, listened to my concerns, and fought for me when it mattered.
