He took time to explain the entire process to us, more so than we expected of any lawyer, and certainly more than he had to. Even when the previous employer had all but dropped off the face of the planet, Travis kept us updated and remained determined to finish the work. His patience, gumption, and professionalism makes him fantastic to work with.
